Fees & Procedures

QDROs cost a flat fee of $1,000.00. This reasonable rate includes all calls, correspondence, communications, review of relevant information, and preparation of the QDRO itself.

To get started, I will need copies of your Divorce Decree and Settlement Agreement (if there is one). I will also need identifying information on both parties (names, addresses, social security numbers, and dates of birth) as well as information about the particular plan that is being divided.
